While our LOTs are active and assigned for bidding, they will stay in secure locations, for example official dealerships where the PPI ( pre-purchase inspection ) can take place, or in renowned and secure storage areas or in storage with the world-leading logistics companies. fsc24.app accommodates buyers from around the globe and accepts most recognized forms of currency. If you have a specific question about a country or payment method, please contact us. It is important to note that, as a potential buyer, you will be responsible for shipping logistics, taxes, and registration costs in your country or state.

As a registered bidder in the marketplace app, you will see the reserve price displayed in your app for all LOTs (cars) that are listed regularly. For LOTs that are -private sale- you can request the reserve price and will be supplied with this information together with the ViS 

( vehicle information sheet ) that gives you an complete overview of the vehicle's condition, status, ownership and service history.

If you want to reserve a vehicle pending PPI report, please contact your auction manager and request the quote for the PPI inspection of this particular vehicle. Your auction manager will provide you with a detailed quotation. If you want to proceed, the LOT will be reserved until the PPI report is supplied. The status of the LOT will change from “Active” to “PPI” and bidding will not be possible for other buyers during this period. After receiving the PPI report you are required to decide whether you want to complete the purchase or not based on the PPI report.

The LOT status will then change to “pending sale” if you want to complete the purchase or back to “Active” if you do not want to complete the transaction.

which has a “ACTIVE” status within the app. Your personal auction manager is happy to assist you further for any questions you may have during the bidding process.

You will get a automated confirmation that your bid has been placed and is active and you will

also be notified in case a new, higher bid on the same auction LOT ( assigned car / vehicle )

has been submitted by another buyer.

Upon the close of a successful auction, you will receive our standard vehicle sales agreement (VSA) between you and the seller of the vehicle, while FSC24 acts as an intermediate.

The car will undergo a pre-purchase inspection at the official brand dealership / official service of that manufacturer to confirm the condition of the vehicle is as offered by the seller.

‍

Sellers agree that they are responsible for all the costs related to PPI inspection if the PPI does not confirm the condition of the vehicle as described in the LOT description submitted by the seller. In that case the buyer will receive a refund of his deposit or PPI payment within 48 hours.

‍

Confirmation of the condition submitted through an official PPI report from the corresponding dealership / service provider will serve as confirmation and trigger event for the payment.

Both, the seller and the intermediary have to be paid within 7 banking days and the delivery

location, usually the dealership that performed the PPI will serve as the place of ownership transfer. The buyer is obliged to collect the vehicle on his expenses within 7 days of completion.

We recommend protecting your vehicle prior to transport with a suitable insurance coverage.

Unlike other auctions, the buyer can and is more than welcome to arrange a pre-purchase-inspection of the desired vehicle prior to any legally binding purchase agreement.

Here at fsc24.ch, we value the informed decision principle and have developed a workflow where the buyer can opt-in to reserve the desired LOT (vehicle listed) pending 

PPI ( pre-purchase-inspection ) by simply covering the costs associated with the pre-purchase inspection. After detailed inspection results the buyer is obliged to decide whether or not he wants to purchase the vehicle and complete the transaction.

Therefore, the seller of the vehicle agrees to this workflow and will assist in arranging the vehicle to be delivered to the nearest official dealership and to be inspected there.

Once your listing is active it is assigned with a LOT number and a short description of it is visible under fsc24.ch/lots for the public, outside the app for marketing purposes.

You decide how much information you want to share publicly, we are flexible and can offer anything from a basic Vis Image ( vehicle information sheet with base data ) to a stock image of a vehicle in the identical specifications up to using original pictures of your car. The same applies for social media marketing, where you can decide if your

vehicle should only be available as a -private sale- where it is not even mentioned on our social media accounts and only the minimum required base information is shared publicly together with the assigned LOT number on fsc24.ch/lots for the public.

Within fsc24.app, and for paying subscribers only, the full ViS and the digital online folder with all pictures, documents and descriptions are visible to verified buyers.

For seller’s protection and privacy the chassis number / VIN will only be shared with the highest bidder prior to making a final decision and completing the financial transaction.

Your personal auction specialist will be in contact with you during the listing process, while the listing is active and until the LOT transaction is complete.

Auction Reserve is the minimum price you will accept for the sale of your vehicle. You may lower your auction reserve at any time during the live auction. Unlike other auctions the reserve price is public, unless it is a -private sale- and only when a bid is made that meets or exceeds the reserve will the auction display change to: “PENDING SALE”. 

If a car is offered at no reserve, the app and listing will display: “NO RESERVE”.

Yes. During the assignment process ( see 4.), you decide about the reserve price. If you are unsure, we can help determine a suitable auction reserve based on the SF50_index, if your car is listed there, additionally we offer digital valuation for every vintage, modern and new supercar.

fsc24.app maintains a carefully curated auction schedule, designed to maximize results for each auction. Upon LOT approval, we will work with you to determine the best date and time slot for your car to go live.

For the duration of the auction, you may need to respond to specific questions from verified and interested buyers about your vehicle.

Unlike other auctions, due to our experience and track record with international transactions of 7 digits supercars, we minimize the time you should invest for questions to the bare minimum by using our ViS (vehicle information sheet) and the verification experience of over 1000 verifications of supercars completed since we are operating in the sector, from January 2016.

No. Once the LOT is active the description can not be edited. Once you are satisfied with the car’s presentation, we ask you to approve the listing before going live with our auction specialist.

Once you sign the fsc24.app “Seller’s Agreement” and agree to our terms of service, your vehicle is for sale exclusively through the fsc24.app marketplace for the duration of your consignment.

Any attempt to sell the vehicle outside of our marketplace, before or during the auction, will result in a cancellation of the LOT / listing and your account suspension.

If not previously ordered by the buyer with a reservation commitment ( see 5. ) the vehicle will be transacted with a VSA ( vehicle sales agreement ) between the seller and the buyer.

After the VSA is supplied and signed by both parties, FSC24 GmbH, serving as an intermediary, will arrange the pre-purchase-inspection report, carried out by the seller through an official dealership / official service center of the manufacturer of the seller’s vehicle ( LOT ).

The PPI report from the official dealer confirming the car is - as offered - will serve as a trigger event for payment of buyer. FSC24 offers optional escrow services, provided by market-leading escrow law firms worldwide. FSC24  may require a fully refundable deposit in the amount of the transaction fee from the buyer, prior to performing the pre-purchase-inspection at the official dealer. Buyer and seller agree, that if the vehicle is other than offered by the seller in the auction, the seller is obliged to compensate the costs related to the pre-purchase inspection while FSC24 will refund the buyer 100% of his deposit.

Buyer, seller and the intermediary hereby agree, that:

1. Vehicle is offered - as is - as described in LOT description 
2. Both, ownership transaction and financial transaction is not completed before the intermediary, FSC24, has not received the transaction fee from the buyer.
3. Seller is obliged to clarify tax status, sales taxes and title information prior transaction

In the event that reserve is not met, we will consult with you and with your approval then reach out to the highest bidder and personally try to facilitate a post-sale agreement.
